Shipping policy

At present, original artworks are shipped within the United Kingdom only.

International shipping for original artworks may be introduced in the future. Please contact us at richard@cravenworks.co.uk if you wish to be notified when this becomes available.

Digital prints are shipped worldwide. 

Once purchased, your order will be prepared and shipped within 2-4 working days. 

Larger original artworks will be shipped within 5-7 days to allow for protective packaging.

Typical arrival times are 3-7 days for standard UK shipping, but will be longer for large or international orders

Please note, there may be delays during holidays and busy periods, but we will aim to inform you as soon as possible if so.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout where applicable. 

Royal Mail is used for small items, and courier delivery with tracking for larger artworks.   

Framing will affect shipping timing and cost.

International shipping customs duties, VAT and import tax costs are the customer’s responsibility.
